SOUTH78 presents a new collaboration with Paguyuban Burger Jakarta (PBJ): SOUTHLAND Festival

July 26, 2024, SOUTH78 kicked off the SOUTHLAND series with a special Burger Bash event, a special collaboration with Paguyuban Burger Jakarta (PBJ). The event, which took place on the first day of the SOUTHLAND Festival, was attended by several top chefs and owners of local burger brands under PBJ, including Medhina Indra (Owner of Lawless Burgerbar & Head of Lawless F&B Group), Grand Masta (Head Cook at Quack Burgeria Paguyuban Burger Jakarta), Respati Tamio (Co-Owner & Co-Founder of Byurger Jakarta), Paquita Genushka (Owner of Supper Jakarta & Media Personality), and Arsyan Dwianto (Owner of Burger Garage & Top 3 Master Chef Indonesia Season 9). With a special menu of 78’s Cheese Burger, SOUTHLAND collaborates with Woodwork Coffee and Salute Bar to provide various drinks such as tea, cola, and others.

The SOUTHLAND series is also supported by various bazaar sessions such as Dessert Corner (Royalefit, Dapoer Fays, Xing Xing Dimsum, Delibakes, Soes Lumeree, Indie Gelato, Pastello, Hop Hop, Belah Doeren, to Adeleine Dessert), Mini-developer Expo (BSD, Serpong Garden Apartment, ANWA Residence, Green Bestari Residence, and The Ayoma Residence) and various other support tenants.

With this Dessert Corner and Mini Developer Expo, visitors are expected to be able to consult directly about the property and get to know more about the cuisine owned by UMKM. In addition, to make it easier for visitors to arrange credit cards, mortgages, and account creation, DBS Bank and Mandiri Bank also supported SOUTHLAND.

The first day of Southland was also enlivened by a Body Combat session with Dawei & Agatha, a collaboration between SOUTH78 and Anytime Fitness. The Body Combat session was supported by Fibemini and Soyjoy and featured Yunmai Technology, the latest in massage equipment.
